Hi Everyone.!
What a fantastic winters day we experienced on Sunday 2nd of August. The conditions were perfect for golf and the venue complimented them.
Our monthly social golf events continue to attract greater interest and 86 different players have participated up to this date. Come and join in too, “the more the merrier” and don’t forget to bring your family and friends with you. The next event will be held at Carbrook Golf Club on the first Sunday in October and we will be joined by players from the “Sporting Wheelies” who will be playing their “Spring Golf Challenge”. So if you have any disabled friends out there who would like to be involved, please get in touch with us ASAP, we would love to have them participate in our day. A free coaching session will be held for an hour or so prior to the event, so for those who need a little advice with their game plan to attend early.
Keep in mind our Annual General Meeting will take place in the near future, official notification will be given shortly, so start thinking about nominations for committee etc.
I hope to see you all soon Swing Sweet and Have a Great Life! GK
