In order to ensure your inclusion, it is preferable that you confirm your attendance to Monthly events by either email or telephone NO LATER than 1week prior to each scheduled event.
Golf courses usually require numbers to secure buggy bookings etc. so your assistance and early response helps avoid possible disappointment.
